Most clinics buy a treatment table once every few years, so the process is new to almost everyone who asks us for a quote. This post walks through each step in the order it happens, with who does what and how long it usually takes, so you can plan the opening of a new room or the replacement of an old table.
Step 1: the quotation
You can ask through the quote form or on WhatsApp. The more we know, the more precise the first reply:
the table or tables you are considering, and how many
your city and country (prices are ex-works, so the destination matters for your own freight planning)
your profession and the techniques you use most, if you are still choosing between models
preferences such as the Rexine colour, or your working height if you are ordering the Fixed Height Manual Chiropractic Drop Table, which is made to the height you specify
We do not publish prices because each quotation depends on the model, configuration and quantity. If you are comparing makers, our guide to what drives the price of a spinal decompression table lists the questions worth asking about any quotation, including ours.
Before you decide, you can ask for a live video demonstration of any table on a working day, or visit the factory in Surat by appointment.
Step 2: confirming the order
When you are ready, we send a proforma invoice for the agreed configuration. The order is confirmed when the 50% advance reaches us, by bank transfer or through a secure online payment link that our team sends you. There is no minimum order: one table is a normal order.
For orders in India, every invoice carries GST. Share your GSTIN when you order if you want to claim input credit.
Step 3: building and testing the table
Everything is made at our factory at 138 Trupti Industry, Ved Road, Surat. Frames are welded and powder-coated, the sections are upholstered in the Rexine colour you chose, and the table is assembled and tested before it is packed. The build time depends on the model and on how many orders are on the floor at the time; the date in your quotation is the one to plan around.
If you have ordered a robotic spinal decompression table, this is also a good time to tell us who will operate it, so the training sessions in step 5 can be arranged around your opening date.
Step 4: balance payment and dispatch
When the table has passed its checks, we ask for the balance. Once it is received, the table is packed for transport and handed over at the factory.
All our prices are ex-works from the factory in Surat. Freight, insurance, customs duty and all other shipping costs are paid by the buyer, so you, or the transporter or freight forwarder you appoint, arrange the move from our factory to your clinic. Clinics outside India will find the extra steps for importing on our export page.
Before the table arrives, check that the packed table can travel the whole route into your treatment room: entrance, corridors, stairs or lift, and the room door. Ask us for the packed dimensions with your quotation if space is tight.
Step 5: assembly and training
Tables are shipped packed rather than assembled, so the last step happens in your clinic. One of our team joins you on a video call and takes you through unpacking, assembly and the first checks: height adjustment by the foot pedal or switches, the drops on a drop table, or the touch-screen PLC/HMI on a robotic decompression system.
For robotic systems, operator training by video call is included, so the practitioners who will use the table learn the controls and settings from the people who build it.
If you would rather have a technician or trainer at your clinic, we can arrange on-site installation or training. It is charged at the technician's or trainer's daily rate plus travel allowance; ask for it in your quotation so the cost is clear from the start.
Step 6: after delivery
Once the table is in use, you keep a direct line to the factory. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 90995 42500 with any question; the people who answer are the people who design, build and support the tables.
